VENICE ART CRAWL

An Art Crawl is an event of art! This is basically a time to share art to the community and the people who enjoy art, in general. People go around and see different art and also have a chance to purchase and/or sell art. The Venice Art Crawl was at Venice Beach and delivered a chance to give the community of that area an opportunity to do the aforementioned. Peace4Kids Teens had the chance to showcase their art and sell it as well, while having a good time.

Last week we took a field trip to Venice beach. here are some pictures of what we saw..... we didn't take these pics.

The Paintbrush

i keep my paintbrush with me
whereever i may go
in case i need to cover up
so the real me doesn't show.
i'm so afraid to show you me
afraid of what you'll do
i'm afraid you'll laugh or say mean things
afraid i might lose you.
i'd like to remove all the layers
to show you the real true me
but i want you to try to understand.
i need you to like what you see.
so if you'll be patient and close your eyes
i'll remove the coats real slow please understand
how much it hurts to let the real me show
now that my coats are all stripped off
 i feel naked,bare and cold
and if you still find me pleasing
you are my friend,pure as gold.
i need to save my paintbrush though and hold it in my hand
i need to keep it handy in case someone doesn't understand
so please protect me
my dear friend,and thanks for loving me true
and please let me keep my paintbrush with me
until i love me,too.

What is on your mind how do feel about your summer.How do i feel about  my summer is that i am going to get a job  also going to camp.But for the most part my best summer is when i had went to camp.what i did at camp was i play basketball and went swimming.I just love last summer because my brother was with me to.Sometime i think people like when it summer . It like there bestbday of there life.

Getting the job done

SHAQ RETIRES from the NBA...!!

The 15-time NBA all-star announced the news on a tweet, saying, ''I'm Retiring.'' O'Neal included a link to a 16-second video of him saying, ''We did it; 19 years, baby. Thank you very much. That's why I'm telling you first: I'm about to retire. Love you. Talk to you soon."


It will be good for him to retire, for one he has a family to take care of. And second, I think it is time for him to retire because he came this far and he has done well, he will always be a good player.
